Dave is a very helpful, knowledgeable guy who smoothed my eventual entry into e-biking from start to finish, test ride to purchase. The bike is to be carried on the back of a motor home and Dave gave me confidence that I made the right choice. After sales service seems great, too, with the ability to leave the bike securely in the shop whilst in town. How helpful is that?
