Dave the sales director could not be more helpful in selecting the right bike for me. After test riding numerous bikes I couldn’t resist the selection of the Gazelle Grenoble C5 Bosch system. Having now taken it out for my first 25km ride I know that I have absolutely made the right choice. The Bosch drive system is so powerful and such a comfortable ride. I just love my first e-bike, well done Dave in advising me on the right choice. Buying an e-bike for the first time with little prior knowledge and a number of trips to various cycle shops Allen’s E-bikes are certainly the best in my view. ‘Super Pleased”

If you want good old fashioned service and advice, we would highly recommend Allen's bikes. No hard sell. They listen to what you want and recommend. You can try before you buy. No pressure.

Allen supplied me V2 buffalo electric bike last year in September. Standard of service is excellent, few days ago onguard lock supplied with the bike, key slot not working, called Allen from e-bikes and he was very helpful talked to the company and posted me a new lock dispatched on the same day, even though miles away was able to give me an excellent service. I would use again and recommend. Allen is amazing and provides excellent service.
