Dave was very helpful and went out of his way to help us where other companies could not. He kept us updated at all times and despite difficult logistics because of our Cycle2work voucher situation we had our ideal bike that we wanted delivered within the week. I recently purchased the Whisper electric bike from Dave and I have to say it's the most easiest and comfortable bike I have had .

I'm fortunate enough to be local to Dave and Allen's E-bikes. Dave is a very helpful, knowledgeable guy who smoothed my eventual entry into e-biking from start to finish, test ride to purchase. The bike is to be carried on the back of a motor home and Dave gave me confidence that I made the right choice. After sales service seems great, too, with the ability to leave the bike securely in the shop whilst in town. How helpful is that?
