This model comes with a 6 month limited warranty for manufacturing issues & 6 month battery warranty ie scooter doesn’t switch on, battery doesn’t charge, display doesn’t work. The customer will be responsible for sending this direct to the manufacturer in Europe (customer will be provided with a pre-paid postage label). Customer must ensure that it is in its original packaging. (When received, if it is found not to be a warranty issue then the customer will be responsible to pay for any repairs completed by the manufacturer and the return postage). 

Please note: Tyres and brakes are not covered under warranty unless there is a clear manufacturer fault, these parts are considered wear & tear of the scooter and is the responsibility of the owner to maintain.
